Select Your experience

Choose the session or collection that best fits your needs. Each offering is thoughtfully designed to provide flexibility while maintaining a high standard of quality, creative direction, and professional execution.

reserve your session

Secure your session by selecting your preferred date and time. During booking, you’ll complete the necessary paperwork and submit your retainer, officially confirming your session on the calendar.

preparation & direction

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up to begin planning your session. This includes discussing concepts, styling guidance, and any final details to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and supported leading into your shoot.

payments

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled session. Sessions with an outstanding balance after this deadline may be canceled or rescheduled at the studio’s discretion. No photography services will be provided until payment is received in full.

late arrival

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee. Arrivals more than 25 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of the session. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Session time includes photography, outfit changes, hair adjustments, and makeup touch-ups. Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared and ready to begin to make the most of their scheduled time.

session cancellation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, all payments made will be applied as a cancellation or rescheduling fee. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a client-initiated cancellation.

rescheduling

Clients are permitted one reschedule per appointment. Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. If a reschedule is not requested or confirmed, all payments will be forfeited.

turnaround time

Proof galleries are delivered within 24 hours of the session. Final edited images are delivered within 5 business days after image selections are submitted. Turnaround times exclude weekends and holidays. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

image selection

Image selections must be submitted within 7 days of proof gallery delivery. If selections are not received within this timeframe, the studio reserves the right to select images on the client’s behalf to ensure timely delivery.

age policy

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book a session. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must schedule the appointment. All concepts involving minors are subject to review to ensure age-appropriate imagery.

additional guest

Only one additional guest is permitted during the session. Pets or children are not allowed unless they are included as part of the session. Failure to comply may result in early termination without refund.

service providers

Hair, makeup, and styling services should be scheduled well in advance. Please do not book service providers immediately before your session. Delays caused by third-party services do not extend session time.
