A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and will be applied toward your total balance. For services priced at $100 or less, full payment is due at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, retainers may be transferred to a new date when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will require 50% of the remaining balance to confirm a new appointment time. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your scheduled session date. Payments may be completed via cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, or by charging the card on file. Please note that card payments include an $8 processing fee. Bookings that remain unpaid within the 72-hour window may be subject to automatic cancellation or rescheduling to maintain scheduling availability and preparation standards.

Welcome to the Vxsion Haus in-studio experience, thoughtfully designed with curated backdrop selections to support clean, intentional imagery. If you are interested in paper backdrops, specific color palettes, or custom set styling, please notify us prior to booking so availability and any additional costs can be confirmed in advance. For sessions taking place at an external venue such as a hotel, event space, or private location, clients are responsible for securing all required permissions, reservations, and permits. Clients should also remain mindful of weather conditions, as Vxsion Haus Studios does not operate in environments that may place professional equipment or overall session quality at risk due to inclement weather.

Our studio space includes a private restroom, and clients are welcome to arrive prepared to change on-site if needed. Please do not enter the studio until you have received confirmation to come inside, as another session may be in progress. A 15-minute grace period is provided for wardrobe preparation or quick touch-ups. Session time will not be extended under any circumstances, so timely arrival is essential to preserve the full experience. To maintain a focused and comfortable environment, only one additional guest is permitted per session. This policy is non-negotiable, and failure to adhere may result in the termination of the session without refund. Light refreshments and personal music playlists are welcome; however, clients are expected to help keep the studio clean and orderly. All trash must be disposed of properly in designated receptacles, and care should be taken to prevent spills or damage within the space.

To preserve the quality, cleanliness, and safety of our shared creative environment, we kindly ask all clients and guests to respect the following studio guidelines. Champagne popping or any open liquid sprays are not permitted inside the studio, as moisture can cause significant damage to professional lighting and camera equipment. Confetti is also strictly prohibited, as the studio flooring and surfaces cannot be safely or effectively cleaned after use. Clients and guests are expected to remain mindful and respectful of all studio property, furnishings, and props throughout the duration of the session. Before departing, please ensure that all trash and personal belongings are properly collected and disposed of to help maintain a clean, welcoming space for every client experience.

Proof galleries are delivered within 3 business days following the completion of your session, excluding weekends. After your final image selections are submitted, retouched images are delivered within 7 business days, also excluding weekends. Because the majority of sessions take place on weekends, proofs, final images, and email responses are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. Messages received between Friday evening and Sunday will be returned as early as possible on Monday.

For clients who require expedited delivery, rush turnaround options are available:

• Same-day to 2-day delivery: $100
• 2–3 business day delivery: $75.

Additional retouched images may be purchased for $25 per image.
Revision requests are $10 per image, unless the adjustment is required due to an error on our part. Please note that the retouching style reflected throughout the Vxsion Haus portfolio represents the artistic standard and finishing quality included in your experience.

All images created by Vxsion Haus Studios, managed by Kulture Kreations Atelier, are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the studio. Your images will never be sold or distributed without proper notice, and appropriate credit will always be maintained when work is shared for portfolio, promotional, or editorial use. If you prefer that your images remain private until after a specific event, announcement, or release date, we are happy to accommodate this request when communicated in advance.

Clients are permitted one reschedule when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled session time. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will require full payment to secure a new date. A 15-minute grace period is extended for arrival. After this window, a $25 late fee will be applied, and session time will be shortened accordingly, with no extensions granted. Booking confirmation and submitted payment indicate full agreement with all Vxsion Haus Studios policies.
All sales are final and non-refundable.

All of our packages include unlimited poses, photos, and outfit changes. The total number of final images will vary based on factors such as time spent changing outfits, reviewing portraits during the session, and the number of backdrop color changes you’d like to include.
